Professor Franz Fuerst is a globally recognized expert in Real Estate Finance and Economics at the University of Cambridge's Department of Land Economy.

His pioneering research on sustainable real estate has shaped our understanding of how green buildings perform in the marketplace. With over two decades of experience, Professor Fuerst has established himself as a thought leader in energy efficiency, spatial economics, and climate risk assessment in property markets.
